Ethan- 18 Months Old

I can hardly believe it- but it is true!  At 18 months old Ethan is a handful.  He is super busy!  Loves getting into anything & everything.  He tags along after his big brother & sister ... imitating everything they do.  Which is not always a good thing ; )  He & Noelle play a game Noelle calls "kitty" ... where they crawl around on the floor & say "meow".  He gets on his hands & knees & follows her around doing his very best version of a meow.  It's pretty cute.  He is a little monkey & enjoys climbing on everything ... including my kitchen table & my desk!! Crazy kid! ; ) His ever expanding vocabulary continues to amaze me.  He's very chatty & will pretty much try to say anything you ask him to say.  The kids find this very entertaining  ... & aren't always very nice about the words they choose to teach him.  Like poo-poo & toot.  Which when he repeats sends them into a fit of laughter! : )  But truthfully his favorite thing to say right now is "thank you" ... which really sounds like "thant too".  He says it everytime anyone does something for him or gives him something.  It melts my heart.  He has recently started calling me "Mommy" instead of "Mama" on occassion.  I guess he hears the other kids saying it.  He just woke up one morning & called me Mommy when he wanted to get out of his crib.  Silly Ethan.  He's such a sweet little boy.  Always quick with a smile.  He is a joy to our entire family.  I can't imagine a minute without him!  And he's growing up entirely too fast!!!
